HOW TO GROW LEMONGRASS HERB FROM SEEDS INDOORS

Lemongrass is very easy to grow. Chose a heavy container 8 inches wide and deep. Fill it up with loamy potting mix with a pH 7. Place the lemongrass seeds on top the container. Cover them with a thin layer of compost. Lemongrass seeds need some light to germinate. Keep the soil temperature to 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Place them near a bright window getting 6 to 8 hours of direct sunlight. Lemongrass loves moisture keep the soil very damp. It will take 3 weeks for the seeds to germinate.

HOW TALL LEMONGRASS GROWS

Lemongrass will grow fast if gets enough sun and gets plenty of water. It could grow to 3 feet tall indoors. It has slender arching stalks at least 12 inches tall and 1/2 inches thick.
