HOW TO GROW CORIANDER FROM SEEDS
Coriander is a annual herb that grows well in warm weather. it likes 70 degrees temperature. It is used for medicinal and for culinary purposes. The leaves are bright green they have a citrusy flavor. It is used as a spice to garnish many dishes.
Pick a medium size container. Fill it with good soil. Use good quality coriander seeds. Place the seeds a bowl of warm water for a few hours. It will help them to germinate faster. Place the seeds in the container 1 inch deep. Add a layer of compost. Cover the seeds. Add water. Keep the soil moist all the time. Cover them with a clear plastic for a couple of days. The soil temperature needs to be 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the container near a sunny place.
It will take 2 weeks for the seeds to germinate. Once the leaves start growing keep watering the coriander. The coriander plant will grow to be 18 inches tall. The leaves grow in clusters.
It will take 2 months to harvest coriander leaves. You can continuously harvest the leaves, The more you cut the more they grow. you can have them the whole summer. Enjoy them.
